SGHMCF helped oversee and implement trauma informed Christ Centered activities and Bible studies for young men ages 18+ for the Ready For Life - Hope House transitional home for youth who've aged out of foster care.
SGHMCF worked with the Union Missionary Baptist Church of Albany helping create a children's church for children of all ages, utilizing age appropriate Bible lessons and Christ centered activities.
SGHMCF worked with Eckerd Connects - Project Bridge by mentoring, counseling and providing needed support to children of all ages to help them acclimate back into their communities after spending time in the Juvenile Justice system.
SGHMCF works with the Capital City Rescue Mission - New Faith Women and Children's program by helping with childcare, Christ centered fun activities and mentoring children of all ages.
SGHMCF helped the Center of Hope - Clearwater Dream Center by coordinating fundraising events, implementing evidence based administrative strategies, as well as, counseling and mentoring men 18+ who struggle with addiction and/or chronic homelessness.
SGHMCF helped Taking it to the Streets Ministries by coordinating fundraising events, implementing evidence based administrative strategies, website design, and counseling and mentoring men 18+ who struggle with addiction and/or chronic homelessness.
SGHMCF helped New Start Ministries by coordinating fundraising events, implementing evidence based administrative strategies, as well as, counseling and mentoring to men 18+ who've exited the prison system.
SGHMCF worked with New & Lively Family Church to help in their street evangelism ministry handing out toiletries and food and presenting the Gospel to those in need.
SGHMCF works with the Sons of Korah Motorcycle Club providing consultation and advise for developing Christ centered programs and services for teens.
SGHMCF worked with the Success Center Emergency Services by helping provide support for clients in Wayne County through Advocacy; Emergency Food Pantry; Clothing Closet; SSI/SSDI assistance and case management services. SGHMCF also worked with the Success Center Second Chances program by helping provide support for homeless adults (age 18+). For the duration of their stay, residents are provided with individualized clinical and case management services to support their goals of becoming self-sufficient.
SGHMCF works with West Hill Youth Ministry by providing support, resources and mentorship to youth 12 and up.
